About INOX Eros IMAX
The Eros, opposite Churchgate station, closed in 2017 and reopened in February 2024 as a standalone IMAX cinema run by PVR INOX, with 305 seats. Its Art Deco staircases, murals and circular lobby were kept (press reports), and the building is part of the Victorian Gothic and Art Deco Ensembles of Mumbai World Heritage Site (UNESCO).
